I develop dynamic, interactive websites, programming in PHP, MySQL, Flash, Actionscript, and JavaScript.

Led 70-person department, responsible for all Information Technology in Fairfield, IA offices.  This was my final position, the result of three promotions.

7/1996-5/1997     Manager, Strouss & Associates (Consulting)

Supervised the schedules, budgets, and deliverables of multiple and simultaneous software development teams (12 people total).

9/1990-6/1996     Senior Project Manager, Fannie Mae (Washington, DC)

Led 18-person group in multi-million-dollar software development projects, primarily in C/UNIX environments.  This was my final position, the result of two promotions.

9/1983-8/1990     Senior Research Programmer, Carnegie Mellon University

Co-Designed and implemented a programming environment for parallel-processing computers, supporting computer science researchers.  Primarily C/Mach (UNIX) environments.
