Led 18-person group in multi-million-dollar software development projects. 
This was my final position, the result of two promotions.
* Financial software development, primarily related to REMIC derivatives
* Sr. Manager in Fannie Mae's "Object Factory", which established the processes, UML analysis and design techniques, architecture, Objective-C libraries, and development methods for the company's strategic initiative for corporate-wide adoption of Object-Oriented software and system development.

9/1983-8/1990     Senior Research Programmer, Carnegie Mellon University

Co-Designed and implemented a programming environment for parallel-processing computers, supporting computer science researchers.  Primarily C/Mach (UNIX) environments.
